Wesley Towers has a large retirement community campus with over 160 beds distributed throughout 6 buildings. The time had come to renovate and update numerous areas. Fuqua Construction was contacted as the Design Builder. Hallways in the Hester Building were given a facelift with paint, updated handrails, new carpet, and lighting. An array of beautiful pictures line the hallways. These are from area photographer, Steve Conard’s collection of the history of the Hutchinson and Reno County area. New bathing rooms were built.
The former therapy area was completely renovated into an inviting, cheerful Therapy Room with new equipment and new services to offer to the residents as well as to the senior community in the surrounding area. More improvements are forthcoming for the remaining buildings.
