SALINA REVOLUTION CHURCH
PROJECT DETAILS
Fuqua Construction first became aware of Revolution Church in Salina in 2006 when their pastor contacted us as he was looking for an unused commercial space to renovate and use for their church services. They located a strip mall and remodeled a section with donated labor from their church members. In about 13 years, they grew out of that building and purchased the old bowling alley on Broadway Street in Salina.
Fuqua Construction worked together with them for a number of years as plans were developed to renovate this space for their worship services and church home. Fuqua Construction had the privilege of being the contractor for the project. Construction is now complete, and their new church home has seating for 517 in the new sanctuary. There is a large brightly decorated area for the youth and children’s programs. As people enter, they are welcomed by the large open foyer that runs the full length from east to west. A coffee bar fills the room with welcoming aromas and praise music ushers one into the new sanctuary for worship. This long-awaited space will serve Salina and the surrounding communities as a friendly inviting place to worship and grow in faith.
