Owner of JaCam Chemical, Gene Zaid, contacted Fuqua Construction to build new offices for his company. Being a man who appreciated the history of Sterling, Kansas, he wanted to keep the look of the original building style that was present in other older buildings on Main Street.
The new offices occupy the entire interior of the new building but from the street, it appears there are three separate buildings, each with their own unique entrance and architecture.
